Before the shipment leaves the origin country, a final inspection confirms the goods match the sample and the order quantity is correct.
For categories requiring BIS certification, that compliance work happens here — before the shipment reaches Indian customs, not after.
We manage clearance on the Indian side and hand the shipment to you with full documentation — invoice, packing list, and certification where applicable.
China is our primary sourcing base across most categories, given manufacturing depth and pricing. For specific categories, we also source from other countries where it gives a better price, quality, or lead-time outcome for the buyer. Which market a product comes from is part of what we share on request, not something we keep vague.
